POOLCORP is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in Edmond, OK, to assist customers at the counter and over the phone. You will answer product questions, process orders, and help ensure a smooth sales and pickup experience while supporting showroom and warehouse duties.

The role emphasizes building relationships with customers, learning product lines, and working in a hands-on team environment with a competitive pay of $17/hour plus performance bonuses up to $2,500.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service attitude and comfortable interacting directly with customers.
• Strong computer skills, including basic computer systems and MS Office.
• Ability to safely move products weighing up to 100 lbs using equipment such as a dolly.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED, 1+ years of related inside sales experience, Familiarity with pool supplies, parts, chemicals, or pool construction/maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assists walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and service needs.
• Accurately enters sales orders, generates invoices, and processes payments or credit authorizations according to company policy.
• Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs and product availability.
• Evaluates and determines disposition of warranty items handled at the counter, as prescribed by the manufacturer's warranty policy and customer needs.
• Provides an estimated date of delivery to the customer based on knowledge of the vendor's production and delivery schedules.
• Pulls, stages, and distributes customer orders efficiently, including occasional use of an RF scanner.
• Restocks and replenishes showroom merchandise to maintain product availability and presentation.
• Cross-trains in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties to support overall branch operations.
