Job summary

Poolcorp is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in SE Nashville. You will assist customers at the counter and over the phone, answer product questions, process orders, and ensure a smooth sales and pickup experience while supporting showroom and basic warehouse operations.

Applicants should have 1+ years in inside sales, strong customer service, and proficiency with MS Office. Compensation includes $20–$22/hour and up to $2,500 in performance bonuses; hours are Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service attitude and comfortable interacting directly with customers.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office.
• Ability to safely move products weighing up to 100 lbs with a dolly.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of inside sales experience preferred.
• Familiarity with pool supplies or maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and service needs.
• Enter sales orders, generate invoices, and process payments or credits.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and availability.
• Provide delivery estimates based on vendor schedules.
• Pull, stage, and distribute customer orders; occasional RF scanner use.
• Restock showroom merchandise and support warehouse duties.
