Job summary

Sunstate Equipment Co. in Fort Worth, TX is hiring an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to drive revenue, nurture customer relationships, and ensure a seamless rental experience from inquiry to delivery.

You will identify customer needs, recommend equipment solutions, develop new accounts, and collaborate with Outside Sales, Dispatch, Yard, Service, and Branch Management. The role is ~80% office-based and 20% in the yard, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers and teammates.
• Confidence in asking questions, active listening, and identifying customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend the right equipment solutions.
• Develop new accounts and grow existing business through relationship selling.
• Serve as a key connection between customers, Outside Sales, Dispatch, Yard, Service, and Branch Management.
• Maintain a strong focus on sales, customer service, and professional growth.
• Balance 80% office-based work with 20% yard duties.
