RIVO Holdings, LLC in downtown San Diego is seeking a driven inside sales associate to convert warm leads into customers over the phone. This is a performance-driven role with earnings tied to results.

You will receive paid training, a full-time Monday-Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, and a supportive team in a high-energy environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in sales or customer service, strong communication, and resilience under pressure; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of steady work experience in sales, retail, hospitality, serving, bartending, call center, or customer service required.
• Sales, commission, or other performance-based experience strongly preferred.
• Money-motivated and competitive: you want your pay tied to your results.
• Positive and coachable: you welcome feedback and are driven to hit your goals.
• Resilient under pressure: objections and sales targets push you forward.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
