Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Generate and follow up on quotations.
• Convert inquiries into sales orders and provide product support.
• Process orders, returns, credits, debits, and scrap returns.
• Monitor inventory and communicate issues to customers.
• Resolve customer service issues and develop key accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and monitor competitor pricing.
• Travel as needed.
