Qualifications

• Knowledge of Construction and/ or Metal Roofing Industry.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales role or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Exceptional listening skills to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects to ensure repeat business.
• Provide excellent customer service to all walk-in customers
• Ensure order accuracy, delivery information accuracy, and secure payment
• Maintain strong working relationships with lumberyard and manufacturing employees to better service customers
• Stay up to date and well-versed on all software and required technologies needed to be relevant in the metal roofing/ construction industry
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
