International Leak Detection (ILD) is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support proposals, manage customer information, and assist the sales team. You will work closely with the National Sales Manager and operations to ensure timely proposals and smooth transitions from sales to operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Previous internships, customer service, sales support, or professional office experience is helpful but not required.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow within a sales career path.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiar with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Gather information with the National Sales Manager to prepare accurate proposals.
• Track outstanding proposals and follow up with customers on status and next steps.
• Maintain up-to-date records of proposals, customer communications, and project information in Salesforce.
• Support the sales function through customer correspondence and day-to-day activities.
• Assist with transitioning approved proposals from sales to operations.
• Learn ILD's services and sales process to become a valuable resource.
