You will prepare quotes, process POs, and maintain ERP/CRM data while coordinating with Account Managers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in related roles, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Account Management or Customer Service.
• Experience preparing quotes, RFQs, proposals and processing POs.
• Strong customer relationships, negotiation and account support skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer quotes, proposals, pricing requests and RFQs.
• Process purchase orders and support timely order fulfillment.
• Follow up on quotes, open orders and customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, distributors, and internal teams.
• Track order status, delivery schedules, backlog reports and open orders.
• Support Account Managers and Field Sales reps with sales activities.
• Maintain strong relationships through proactive communication.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell and account-growth opportunities.
• Assist with product sourcing, procurement and vendor communications.
• Maintain accurate data within ERP, CRM and sales management systems.
• Resolve customer issues while delivering high customer satisfaction.
