Job summary

Golden Star Technology Inc. (GST) in Cerritos, CA, seeks a Technology Sales Account Executive to generate new business and expand relationships within existing accounts. The role focuses on solution‑based selling of IT and AV services, hardware, and enterprise solutions.

You will build and manage your book of business, drive revenue, and present technology roadmaps to clients. Collaborate with inside sales, engineering, and delivery teams to craft proposals, forecast the pipeline, and close

Qualifications

3+ years of field sales experience in IT/AV or related tech environment.
Proven success selling complex IT/AV solutions to commercial or enterprise customers.
Experience pricing hardware, software, and services with upselling and discounting.

Responsibilities

Build and manage your own book of business, prospect, pipeline, and forecast with no leads.
Drive revenue and margin through pricing, upselling, and discounts.
Create account strategies aligning customer goals with GST IT/AV solutions.
Present roadmaps to uncover expansion opportunities and long-term value.
Collaborate with inside sales, engineering, and delivery to scope proposals and close deals.
Build trusted relationships with executives and stakeholders.
Coordinate with vendors on joint sales initiatives.
Manage day-to-day activity and long-term growth plans.
Maintain pipeline, forecasts, and CRM activity.
