Job summary

Rain for Rent is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to assist the branch sales force in achieving revenue goals across all product lines. You will prequalify leads, generate quotes and take orders, enabling more face-to-face sales opportunities while coordinating delivery and installation expectations with operations.

You will maintain CRM records, support outside sales, handle basic orders and change orders, and assist with trade shows and customer communications.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting branch sales and handling quotes and orders.
• Ability to manage CRM records and coordinate with operations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales leads and qualify opportunities.
• Generate quotes, take orders, and support outside sales.
• Maintain CRM records and coordinate delivery/installation expectations.
• Assist with trade shows, appointments, and customer communications.
• Prepare reports and support accounts receivable as needed.
