Job summary

Rain for Rent is seeking an Industrial Sales Representative to maintain and grow customer relationships within an assigned territory. You will promote Rain for Rent’s pumps, tanks, and liquid handling solutions, while meeting revenue objectives and collaborating with operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of related sales experience, plus knowledge of hydraulics and CRM systems. Travel nationwide is expected as part of the job responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university.
• Three to five years of related sales experience and/or training.
• General knowledge of hydraulics, pumping, irrigation system design, water handling products.
• Minimum six months experience using automated systems including a CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pricing and quoting to meet profit objectives for the assigned territory.
• Meet or exceed rental sales and revenue objectives in assigned region.
• Execute sales strategies and build customer relationships.
• Create solutions to close clients’ irrigation and liquid handling challenges.
• Share innovative products, creating market awareness, closing deals and increasing new/repeat customer business.
• Promote cooperation and good communication with all Branch and Corporate personnel.
