Job summary

Builders FirstSource, America’s largest supplier of building materials to professionals, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to assist walk-in retail and contractor customers, answer calls and emails, help with product selection, pricing, and orders, and generate quotes.

You will actively sell BFS products, provide takeoffs and pricing for large packages, coordinate production and delivery, assist less experienced reps, and participate in workshops.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year sales experience preferred.
• Ability to respond to inquiries by phone and email with clear communication.
• Knowledge of company products, pricing and estimating guidelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business software.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in retail and contractor customers with product selection and pricing.
• Process orders, issue quotes, and enter orders into the system.
