ADI Global Distribution in Winter Park, FL is hiring an Inside Sales Associate II to grow revenue, manage existing accounts, and uncover new opportunities. You will work with customers by phone and email to provide solutions and build long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities include increasing order size, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting product knowledge while updating the CRM. What we offer: medical, dental, vision, 401k from day one, vacation, paid holidays, and a weekday

Qualifications

• 1 year of Sales Experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literacy and basic Microsoft Office skills
• Desire to be in a Sales role and be accountable for Sales Revenue

Responsabilités

• Grow Customer Accounts for Profit by increasing revenue and margins
• Increase order size and customer transactions; leverage pricing tools
• Identify opportunities and convert purchases from competition
• Manage existing accounts with regular communication in the CRM
• Make outbound calls to present leads
• Build customer relationships and educate customers on new products
