Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year on inside sales or account management, preferably B2B industrial distribution.
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Customer service experience with inquiry handling, issue resolution, and relationship building.
• Sales skills including lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing in an industrial/B2B context.
• Experience guiding customers on product features, applications, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales activities and customer inquiries.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on leads to drive revenue growth.
• Provide proactive customer service and identify customer needs for solutions.
• Coordinate with logistics and production to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
