Fellers, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to accelerate growth by deepening relationships with existing customers and converting inbound leads into revenue. This hybrid role blends in-office and remote work from Grapevine, TX, with a defined territory and commission potential.

You will build rapport, qualify opportunities, and guide customers toward high-value solutions while maintaining CRM hygiene and meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of inside sales experience in a B2B environment.
• Demonstrated success managing a sales pipeline and hitting revenue targets.
• Strong phone presence and communication skills; CRM hygiene required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to assigned accounts and grow share-of-wallet.
• Use a consultative approach to uncover opportunities and guide customers to solutions.
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries and qualify opportunities.
• Manage defined customer base and maintain CRM records.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales to drive opportunities through the pipeline.
• Support growth initiatives and maintain high levels of engagement.
