Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking Inside Sales representatives to drive customer acquisition in a fast-paced call center, with a primary focus on Residential Water Heaters (Gas/Electric) and IAQ products. NO COLD CALLING.

You will diagnose customer needs, present solutions, and close sales while handling order processing, warranties, and installations. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong Microsoft Office skills, and 5 years of sales or customer-service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5 years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Hands-on experience in sales and delivering excellent customer experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Sell home comfort products and services via call center channels.
• Process sales orders, extended warranties, credits, exchanges and coordinate installation.
• Schedule installation of water heaters and IAQ products.
• Follow up with customers and solicit feedback.
• Stay updated on water heater and IAQ products and pricing.
• Collaborate with team to improve value selling.
• Attend training sessions on product, sales, and service.
