Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning seeks a Residential Sales Consultant to diagnose comfort needs and offer innovative HVAC/water heater solutions. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, education, and relationship management to close opportunities.

You'll leverage internal warm leads, company pipelines, and self-generation. Expect to educate customers, build trust, and drive growth with a flexible schedule and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree or related sales cert preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably B2C.
• Strong negotiation, education, and closing skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Present tailored comfort options for high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems.
• Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Drive growth via internal leads and personal prospecting.
• Collaborate with technical team during site visits to tailor solutions.
