Polymershapes is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Tyngsborough, MA. You will consult with customers to build your book of business by delivering outstanding service for plastics needs.

Youll build relationships, generate quotes, process orders, and collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate fulfillment while supporting outside sales to grow market share. A strong communicator with integrity is essential.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, loyalty, and retention through services.
• Generate quotes, process orders, and follow up after orders close for satisfaction.
• Provide product and service information to inquiring customers.
• Place outbound calls to new and existing accounts to identify opportunities and needs.
• Collaborate with office and warehouse teams to ensure accurate order processing.
• Work with outside sales to increase market share.
• Assist with inventory management based on customer needs.
