Job summary

Penguin Patch in Keller, TX is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to perform steady phone conversations with PTA/PTO volunteers and school coordinators, promoting our holiday program.

This office-based role runs 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, with training provided and growth paths into Trainer, Team Lead, and Convention Rep. The base pay is $18-$20 per hour plus monthly bonuses, with a family-owned culture serving schools nationwide.

Qualifications

• Love of talking to people and strong communication skills are essential.
• Active listening helps you hear the need behind the question.
• Team-first attitude and goal orientation drive success in a busy office.
• Experience with CRMs, especially Salesforce, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Call PTA/PTO leaders and school volunteers to introduce the Penguin Patch program.
• Bring energy and warmth to every call to help schools bring activities to their communities.
• Identify school needs and match them with the right program.
• Guide volunteers through signup from start to finish.
• Stay informed on current programs and incentives to answer questions confidently.
