Boyer Sales & Service in Centennial, CO is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person conversations, quote products, and coordinate bids to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Previous inside sales experience.
• Ability to review inquiries via phone, email and in-person conversations.
• Experience generating quotes and processing purchase orders.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review customer inquiries for products and service
• Inquiries will occur via phone, email and in-person conversations, which will include project bid packages
• Research end-use specifications and provide quotes for products and services to meet customer needs
• Develop and provide to customer the quotes as required, or exceptions as noted
• Capture and track all quotes in central ERP system for future follow up and conversion to sales orders
• Receive and evaluate incoming purchase orders for accuracy and terms & conditions
• Follow up with vendors on delivery timing as needed to keep customer updated
• Research shipments and delivery information, in coordination with customer and Boyer Service, to ensure timely project deliverables
• Troubleshooting over the phone for pumps and equipment as may be required.
• Any reasonable request by management.
