The role combines in-person and virtual engagement, working with sales and operations to deliver superior customer experiences and solutions.

You will handle product information, assist with selection, and manage bid opportunities while coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery and accurate order processing.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products.
• Previous experience in electrical sales or electrical distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on products and services.
• Assist customers with product selection and application.
• Share information related to credit policy, delivery options, and services.
• Coordinate bid opportunities and follow-up processes.
• Oversee products on bids and orders with vendors and manufacturers.
• Grow sales and gross margin; maintain pricing accuracy.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales and other departments.
