Job summary

Chappell Supply and Equipment (CSE) is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to promote and sell its industrial products to current and prospective customers, helping to achieve monthly sales goals.

The role requires basic accounting software familiarity, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a professional, service-minded phone presence. A high school diploma and proven sales experience are required; EOE Veteran/Disabled.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiar with accounting software for placing and tracking orders.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications.
• Have proven sales experience and stable work history.
• Be a self-starter, ethical and professional phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Interact with the public to promote and sell all products.
• Become informed about product use through in-house training.
• Follow through with commitments and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer feedback while showing a positive attitude.
• Be able to close business and meet sales goals.
• Maintains procedures and processes in order to ensure compliance with Companys quality standards.
