Job summary

Quick USA Inc. in Duluth, GA is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to manage assigned accounts, support sales activities, and develop business opportunities through timely communication across phone, email, Live Chat, and other channels.

You will work closely with Outside Sales and internal teams to prepare quotations, respond to inquiries, forecast demand, and help maintain customer satisfaction. The role requires 2–3 years in sales or customer service and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field required.
• 2–3 years sales or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with CRM or sales process management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Domestic business travel required.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts and support sales targets through regular communication.
• Coordinate with internal departments to address pricing, delivery, and inquiries.
• Conduct post-sales follow-up to support customer retention and growth.
• Respond to live chat and inquiries with product, pricing, and availability details.
• Register inquiries and opportunities in CRM and prepare quotations.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with departments on orders for customers.
• Support marketing activities and assist Outside Sales as needed.
