Job summary

Foundation Building Materials is seeking an Inside Sales Professional at our Columbus, OH location. You will build strong customer relationships, provide product guidance, generate quotes, and support order management from the front counter to showroom operations.

Join a team focused on customer service and sales growth. You will collaborate with outside sales reps and internal teams, manage deliveries, and help maintain accurate pricing and project documentation while upholding FBM's standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years inside sales experience (incoming call preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and use time efficiently.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Warehouse work including forklift experience/training.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service & sales support and generate accurate quotes and proposals.
• Enter orders, pricing, and customer data into systems accurately.
• Respond to orders and quote requests via phone, email, or other channels.
• Collaborate with outside sales reps and internal teams to fulfill customer needs.
• Maintain stock levels and organize/showroom areas for efficient operations.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries and shipping logistics.
