Ferguson in Cincinnati, OH is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to support customers, determine the best products, and learn the business from the ground up. Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 4:30 pm; Pay: typically starting at $24 an hour depending on experience.

The role involves working with Sales to deliver personalized quotes, coordinating deliveries, and handling general information requests. 0–3 years’ sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus.
• Exhibit strong sales skills including the ability to upsell.
• Proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs and make timely decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensure personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Effectively use CRM and phone systems.
