Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a hands-on Sales Support Representative in Dayton, OH. You will work with Sales associates to identify the best products and solutions, deliver timely quotes, and process accurate sales orders to support customers.

The role involves coordinating deliveries, handling calls, and using CRM and phone systems. A mix of warehouse, yard, and counter tasks may be required, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Waterworks or construction experience is a plus.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Comfort with physically demanding work.
• Able to switch between warehouse, yard, counter and admin duties.
• College degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong sales ability including upselling.
• Proven quick-response to customer needs and timely decisions.
• Thrives in fast-paced environment and keeps commitments.
• Customer service oriented with relationship-building skills.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales associates to determine best products and solutions.
• Provide personalized service with timely quotes and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries for customers.
