You’ll manage quotes, process orders in our ERP, support contractor customers, and collaborate with outside sales, purchasing, and operations. Strong communication, organization, and a team-first attitude are essential for this fast-paced, growth-oriented role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of inside sales, customer service, or distribution experience.
• Experience in construction supply or related industries is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems; Eclipse preferred.
• Team-oriented with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for pricing, product availability, and order status.
• Process quotes and sales orders using NEFCO's ERP.
• Build customer relationships through responsive service.
• Support regional sales growth and operations teams.
• Coordinate with purchasing for non-stock materials.
• Collaborate with vendors, logistics, and branch leadership.
