You will collaborate with funeral directors and staff, manage inquiries, and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat referrals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of college or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license with acceptable driving record; insurance license if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation: prospect for 1–2 hours daily and obtain referrals.
• Explain and present to families served and referred families.
• Build relationships with families, listen with empathy, and address needs.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally; prepare for appointments.
• Collaborate with funeral directors and staff to ensure seamless service.
• Follow through on customer problems and requests to earn referrals.
