Job summary

United Rentals is looking for an Inside Sales Rep to serve as a key customer contact in our Tyler branch. This role is pivotal in recommending solutions to customers, quoting, and fulfilling equipment rental orders.

We're seeking motivated professionals interested in building relationships and providing outstanding service. Your responsibilities include processing rental quotations, establishing new accounts, and negotiating rental prices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Process rental quotations, reservations and contracts.
• Establish new rental and sales accounts by serving customers.
• Negotiate prices on equipment rentals and contractor supplies.
• Dispatch delivery trucks and manage customer expectations.
• Generate leads for new business and communicate with Outside Sales.
