Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish understanding of rental business and specialty products.
• Develop new rental and sales accounts via telemarketing and calls.
• Process quotations, reservations, contracts and invoices per policy.
• Educate customers on proper equipment use and safety.
• Ensure accuracy of contract data in the system.
• Coordinate daily equipment pickups/returns and track inventory.
• Run reports to monitor equipment and operations.
• Collaborate with branch staff to deliver customer satisfaction.
