Job summary

B2 MICRO TECHNOLOGIES LLC in Palm Harbor, FL is seeking an experienced inside sales representative to drive growth by proactively identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and building strong client relationships.

You will provide excellent service, source new sales opportunities, and maintain an expanding database of prospects while working toward quarterly quotas, with a base hourly wage and commission eligibility.

Qualifications

• Proven inside sales or customer service experience.
• Strong phone presence and high-volume dialing.
• Excellent verbal and written communications; strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound website or phone lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest in our company.
• Maintain and expand database of prospects.
• Other duties as assigned.
