Responsibilities

• Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms
• Recommend products to customers based on their needs and interests
• Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products and solicit orders
• Estimate or quote prices with delivery dates
• Consult with clients after sales to resolve problems and provide ongoing support
• Prepare estimates and bids that meet specific customer needs
• Forward orders to manufacturers
• Perform additional assignments at the direction of the supervisor
