World Electric, part of the Sonepar group, is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Jacksonville, FL. This role focuses on processing orders, coordinating customer service needs, and helping drive sales and profitability across product lines.

You will handle pricing, scheduling, shipping coordination, and quotes, while working with outside sales and the branch manager to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

Competenze

• Two-year certificate/degree from college or technical school.
• Six months to two years related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Mansioni

• Process customer orders and coordinate service needs.
• Provide pricing, scheduling, and shipping information to customers.
• Quote prices and use sales skills to complete purchases.
• Follow up on quotes and secure orders.
• Coordinate with shipping to arrange delivery dates.
• Prepare customer quotations and analyze quotation results.
• Support sales management with reports and sales activities.
