You will support outside sales, use digital tools to promote products, prospect for new accounts, and report on market trends. Required: 2+ years in customer service or sales and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience.
• High School or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders by quoting prices, delivery terms, and payment options.
• Assist outside sales by handling priority transactions.
• Use digital tools to sell, market, and demonstrate products.
• Prospect for new accounts within a defined territory.
• Manage customer base and maintain relationships.
• Learn customer operations to identify needs and close orders with root-cause analysis.
• Prepare quotations and proposals and follow up during purchasing cycle.

• Participate in product meetings and training to enhance knowledge.
