Job summary

ADI Global Distribution in Woburn, MA is hiring an Inside Sales Associate to grow revenue and strengthen customer partnerships. You will manage existing accounts, identify opportunities, and reach out to new customers to expand market share.

You will leverage product knowledge, communicate clearly, and update the CRM with customer interactions. The role is on-site with Monday-Friday hours and benefits from day-one.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Sales Experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy – Microsoft Office.
• Desire to be in a Sales role and be accountable for Sales Revenue.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue and increase margin for assigned accounts.
• Increase order size and leverage pricing tools.
• Add new customers and convert customers from competition.
• Maintain and manage existing accounts via CRM and outreach.
