ADI Global Distribution is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in Chantilly, VA, to grow revenue, increase margins, and expand our customer base. You will manage existing accounts, reach new clients, and promote ADI products through outbound calls and proactive outreach.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Sales Experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy – Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Desire to be in a Sales role and be accountable for Sales Revenue.

Responsibilities

• Meet targets by growing revenue and margins for assigned accounts.
• Increase order size and leverage pricing tools to improve margin.
• Grow customer base by adding new customers.
• Identify opportunities and convert purchases from competitors.
• Manage existing accounts with regular communication in the CRM system.
• Make outbound calls to present leads and meet daily call targets.
