BSC Industries, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to bolster the Outside Sales team with proactive customer communication and responsive service. You will help identify opportunities, quote products, and ensure smooth order processing to strengthen relationships and drive revenue.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sales, accurate pricing, and timely issue resolution while providing excellent customer service across channels and maintaining CRM documentation.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in inside sales, customer service, or distribution.
• ERP/CRM experience; Prophet 21 is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Basic understanding of mechanical or industrial products is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain proactive communication with strategic accounts and support quotes and requests.
• Recommend products and prepare timely quotes; assist with pricing and upsell opportunities.
• Process orders, returns and credits; coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Provide prompt, professional customer service across channels; escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales on territory plans and share customer insights.
