Unified Door & Hardware Group (UDHG) is seeking an Inside Sales Professional to build strong customer relationships through expert guidance and exceptional service. From the front counter to tailored solutions, you'll be at the heart of our success.

You will provide product knowledge, generate quotes, handle inquiries, and drive profitable sales while collaborating with outside sales reps and internal teams to fulfill customer needs in a fast-paced showroom and warehouse environment in Houston.

Qualifications

• 2+ years inside sales experience (incoming call preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and time efficiently.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Warehouse work including forklift experience/training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers before, during, and after sales.
• Provide knowledgeable product information and generate accurate quotes and proposals.
• Assist walk-in customers and promptly handle inquiries or complaints.
• Drive profitable sales through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Enter orders, pricing, and customer data into systems accurately.
