Job summary

Himmel’s Architectural Door and Hardware in New Orleans, LA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will sell door and hardware products and services to walk-in and over-the-phone customers, supporting them from inquiry to sale.

This role requires excellent communication, organization, and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment; schedule is Monday–Thursday 7 am–4:30 pm and Friday 7 am–3:30 pm, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must pass drug and alcohol screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with door and hardware product or service needs by explaining features and referring service calls to Maintenance.
• Answer customer questions and send additional information about Himmel’s products via email, chat, and phone.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure smooth sales transactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
