Job summary

Specialty Building Products, a leading distributor of specialty building products, is seeking an Inside Sales Rep for the Doors division based in Lancaster, TX. You will field inbound sales calls, build relationships with retail and big box customers, respond to price requests, manage orders, and coordinate with operations and outside sales to maximize opportunities.

Responsibilities emphasize accurate pricing, timely deliveries, and proactive customer follow-up, along with staying informed

Qualifications

• 2-4 years sales experience, building industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and service-oriented telephone skills.
• Self-starter with initiative and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and negotiate effectively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound sales calls and respond to price/quotation requests.
• Coordinate with retail and big box customers and schedule deliveries and providing follow-ups.
• Process orders and communicate with operations.
• Partner with outside sales to maximize opportunities.
