Job summary

Door Controls USA in Ben Wheeler, Texas, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive growth for our manual door hardware products. This full-time, on-site role focuses on outbound calls, quotes, and account management to build lasting customer relationships.

You will identify opportunities, develop product knowledge, and support marketing campaigns while maintaining CRM records. The role offers growth in a supportive, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years inside sales or customer service in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience with manual door hardware or related building products preferred.
• Proven success with outbound calling and business development is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to new and existing customers to promote DCM closers, hinges, locks, pivots, exit devices, and accessories
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive customer outreach
• Prepare, present, and follow up on quotes to generate and close sales
• Build strong customer relationships through regular communication and account management
• Develop a strong understanding of our product line to recommend hardware based on customer needs
• Work closely with Outside Sales Representatives to support key accounts and new business opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, calls, quotes, and opportunities in the CRM
• Participate in sales meetings and share feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity
• Partner with Marketing to support campaigns, product launches, and promotional efforts
