Job summary

Specialty Building Products seeks a Customer Service Representative to join our Lancaster, TX door shop. You will field inbound sales inquiries, quote pricing, schedule deliveries, and collaborate with outside sales to maximize opportunities. Strong communication, organization, and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with a 2-year degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of sales experience in building industry preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, including telephone etiquette.
• Self-starter with initiative and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound sales calls and respond to pricing/quotation requests.
• Communicate with retail and big box customers to build relationships.
• Coordinate deliveries and follow up with customers and operations.
• Place orders and support outside sales team to maximize opportunities.
• Stay informed on product availability and pricing.
