Job summary

CoStar Group, through Apartments.com, seeks an Inside Sales Associate to drive digital marketing solutions for multifamily clients. You will present via phone and webinar, advise on marketing solutions, and grow revenue by prospecting new clients and expanding existing accounts.

You will work in-office Monday through Friday, with a focus on data-driven selling and customer success in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales experience in B2B or high-volume B2C, preferably in digital advertising.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Ability to work 8:30am-5:30pm EST. Our Sales Associates are in the office Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

• Business Development – prospect opportunities to develop new business and identify upsell/renewal opportunities.
• Relationship Management – build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor to their marketing plan.
• Digital advertising focus – develop subject-matter expertise in digital ads for multifamily real estate.
• Teamwork – collaborate across teams to drive sales and customer service.
• Customer Focus – deliver outstanding support and insights to help clients achieve goals.
