Job summary

CoStar Group's Apartments.com team in Fresco, CA is seeking a Sales Associate to drive new business and manage client relationships with multifamily property owners and managers. You will present digital marketing solutions and expand the customer base through proactive outreach and on-site visits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales; or equivalent experience in the Multifamily industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
• A track record of commitment to prior employers.
• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, in-person college or university.

Responsibilities

• Business Development - use market data to prospect opportunities and upsell/renew with current customers.
• Relationship Management - build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor to their marketing plan and revenue growth.
• Business Industry Acumen - develop expertise in digital advertising strategies and multifamily real estate trends in your market territory.
