Job summary

North Star JCB in West Chicago, IL, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support machine sales coverage. You will be the primary liaison between North Star JCB and our customers, handling inbound/outbound inquiries, presenting equipment solutions, and processing orders to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of inside sales or parts/service sales experience, strong communication and CRM skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of inside sales support and/or parts/service sales experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and build relationships with customers in the equipment space.
• Handle inbound/outbound inquiries, provide product information, and close sales.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery and accurate orders.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales updates to management.
