Job summary

Gold Coast JCB, the JCB dealer for southeast FL, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support machine sales coverage from our West Palm Beach office. You will be the primary liaison between Gold Coast JCB and customers, handling inquiries, promoting products, and driving orders.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work with CRM tools and MS Office while building long-term client relationships and meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales support or equipment sales experience.
• Strong customer service and a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and build relationships with customers.
• Handle inbound/outbound sales inquiries and close sales.
• Respond to inquiries by phone and email.
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend equipment solutions.
• Prepare and process sales orders accurately.
• Follow up on quotes and leads to convert them into sales.
• Coordinate with operations for timely delivery.
• Maintain CRM records of customer interactions and activities.
• Provide regular sales updates to management.
