Job summary

MI Windows & Doors, Gratz, PA, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to serve as the primary contact for dealer accounts, manage orders, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will work closely with internal teams to support growth and ensure accurate order processing.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 2–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a B2B environment, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of customer service experience, preferably B2B.
• Inside sales/order management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned dealer accounts; manage orders and inquiries.
• Respond to calls and emails with accurate product, pricing, and order information.
• Process orders accurately with timely entry; liaise with internal departments to resolve questions.
• Expedite special orders and coordinate activities to meet delivery requirements.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and orders and support departmental initiatives.
