Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in telephone sales, customer service relations, or route sales.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred; automotive experience helpful.
• Ability to perform basic math and use Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products via inbound/outbound calls or counter sales at the branch.
• Process orders with attention to pricing, quantities, and shipping data.
• Coordinate deliveries and route sales activities to meet customer needs.
• Assist walk-in customers and respond to questions about parts and pricing.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse.
