LKQ Corporation in Tulsa, OK is seeking a motivated sales/customer service professional to drive revenue by promoting automotive parts and services. You will evaluate customer needs, answer questions on parts, pricing, and delivery, and support transactions from entry to delivery.

Responsibilities include building relationships with customers, communicating pricing and shipping timelines, and assisting with substitutions when parts are unavailable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times, and payment methods.
• Complete internal documents supporting any transaction (credits, invoices, work order and/or interchange and returns, etc.).
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
• Inform customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.
• Advise customers on substitution or modification of part when part requested is not available.
• Process orders – perform order entry, review orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data (may dispatch orders in some locations).
• Follow-up with customers as needed.
