Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of related experience required.
• College coursework or degree preferred.
• Prior automotive experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times, and payment methods.
• Complete internal documents supporting any transaction (credits, invoices, work orders, interchange/returns).
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
• Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, delays, and any needed information.
• Advise customers on substitutions or modification of parts when not available.
• Process orders – entry, pricing, quantities, and shipping data; may dispatch orders.
• Follow up with customers as needed; perform other duties as assigned.
